The Jacobson Needle Holder is a specialized instrument characterized by its exceptionally slender, tapered shanks and miniaturized jaws. Designed for use with micro-sutures (typically 7-0 to 11-0 gauge), it provides the delicate “feather-touch” control required for anastomosing small vessels or repairing peripheral nerves. The elongated, narrow profile allows for deep-seated work within the cranial vault or narrow anatomical gaps where standard needle holders would be too cumbersome.

• “Beast-Grip” Micro Jaws: Features ultra-fine jaws available with smooth or micro-serrated surfaces. These are precision-machined to grasp microscopic needles without the risk of bending, slipping, or “jumping” during the bite.

• Tungsten Carbide (TC) Inserts: Available with gold-plated handles, our TC-tipped Jacobson holders feature ultra-hard surfaces that provide a “diamond-lock” on the needle, ensuring zero rotation during needle passage.

• Bayoneted or Straight Profiles:
